“Life’s too serious to be taken seriously”

Not that I don’t take things seriously, I do, in fact sometimes I take things a bit too seriously, that’s why I had to adopt that moto. Hi, I’m Leathra, mom to seven amazing kids, friend to one inspiring daughter-in-law, sister to six great brothers, daughter to brilliant parents, and wife to a man who drives me crazy and makes my heart flutter all at the same time. Being me can sometimes be exhausting, lot’s of big ideas and emotions bouncing around in my head all the time.
I love so much about life and the world we live in that it can be hard to pin down my favorites, but here are a few. I love spending time with my kids especially if that time is spent in nature. Some of my best memories come from hikes and road trips with the kids. I love creating and learning new things. I always have at least one project on the burner and a list of new things I want to learn about. I also thrive on music.
